Ethiopia Kayon Mountain

This Organic, Grade 1 natural coffee comes from the Kayon Mountain Farm located in the Taro & Sawana Villages in Ethiopia's Shakiso District. Esmael Hassen, the owner, harvests about 300 hectares of coffee from the farm, and uses its own wet and dry mills for processing. Ethiopia is the birth place of the Coffea Arabica plant, and is renowned for producing some of the world's finest coffees.

Due to the high altitude and natural processing, this coffee has a very sweet taste, with strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry all coming through due to the cherry pulp being left on the bean after processing.
