Other than a really good espresso machine, this is hands down the best way to make coffee. We have tried every brewing method around, and consider the V60 one of the best. The hype in the coffee aficionado community is certainly not unwarranted. When made properly, it produces a wonderfully clean and crisp cup of coffee.
