How To Create And Manage Your Coffee Subscription
How do I subscribe?
The easiest way to start a subscription is to select that option when you add coffee to your cart, see below. Select 'Subscribe & Save' to start your subscription, and get 5% off all coffee, for every order. Then select the delivery frequency, anywhere between 1-8 weeks.
Select Whole Bean or Ground, and the number of bags you want delivered each time, and add to cart! You can also select other coffees to add to your subscription at the same time, just do the same as above, and then checkout.
How do I change my subscription?
You can create a subscription without having an account, but to make any changes to your subscription you will need to have an account. Log in or create an account by clicking on the person icon, using the main menu, or the links below. Make sure that you use the same email address if you already have a subscription.
Once logged in, you should see a link underneath your address called 'Manage Subscriptions', click this link. This will take you to the main Subscription page. Here you can make changes to the products you want, see your purchase history, and make any changes to your addresses and billing information.
If you want to add a different coffee, remove a coffee, or change the delivery frequency click where it says 'Subscriptions'.
From here you can edit your current subscription (quantity, grind type, next order date, order frequency etc.)
Adding to my subscription
You can also add other products by clicking the 'Add a Product' button.
Then you can choose the new coffee to add, and how often you would like it delivered etc.
Any new products added will now show in your 'Upcoming Orders' list.
