How To Create And Manage Your Coffee Subscription
How do I subscribe?
The easiest way to start a subscription is to select that option when you add coffee to your cart, see above. Select 'Subscribe & Save' to start your subscription, and get 5% off all coffee, for every order.
Select how often you would like coffee delivered to you, Whole Bean or Ground, and the number of bags you want delivered each time, and add to cart! You can also select other coffees to add to your subscription at the same time, just do the same as above, and then checkout.
For free shipping, orders have to be local or over $45.
How do I change my subscription?
You can create a subscription without having an account, but to make any changes to your subscription you will need to have an account. Log in or create an account by clicking on the person icon, using the main menu, or the links below. Make sure that you use the same email address if you already have a subscription.
Once logged in, click on the 'Manage Your Subscription' link in the main menu or the footer. This will take you to the main Subscription page.
From the main Subscription page, you can manage everything about your subscription using the drop down menu. From here you can:
- See upcoming orders
- Skip or Cancel an order
- Order Now, if you need your coffee sooner
- Add a new product to your subscription
- See your order history
- Edit your address or payment method
- Change the date of your next delivery
- Change the delivery frequency
To swap out an item for a different product, just add the new item, and then delete the one you no longer want to receive.
Any new products added will now show in your 'Upcoming Orders' list.
We always stock our signature blends, but if your subscribed single origin coffee is unavailable we will substitute it with a similar coffee to ensure you get your order.
