Coffee Subscriptions

How do I subscribe?
The easiest way to start a coffee subscription is to select that option when choosing your coffee. Just follow the simple steps below to start.

- Check the Subscribe & Save option to save 7.5% on every purchase
- Select your delivery frequency, anywhere from 1 to 12 weeks
- Select Whole Bean, or whichever grind type you prefer
- If you want multiple different coffees delivered just do steps 1-3 for each coffee that you would like
- Then Checkout!
It's that easy! You will get a notification before each subscription is charged so that you can make any changes if you need to. And then your coffee will be delivered to you on time every time without you needing to do anything else.

How do I change my subscription?
You can create a subscription without having an account, but to make any changes to your subscription you need to have an account. To create an account or login, on mobile click on the menu and 'Account', on desktop click on the 'Person' icon at the top right of the screen.


If you have a legacy account the screen will look like this:

Once logged in, click on the 'Manage Subscription' link in the menu. You may have to login to Recharge, our subscription app. Just use the same email address.

From here you can manage everything about your subscription. You can:
- See upcoming orders
- 'Send Now' if you want your coffee sooner than scheduled
- Reschedule your next order
- Skip an order if you're on vacation
- Add a new product to your subscription
- Edit your address or payment method
