Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY IS FREE for orders over $18. Local orders under $18 will be shipped via Canada Post/UPS.

All local coffee deliveries are on weekdays, according to the schedule below.

• Acton (L7J postal codes), Georgetown (L7G postal codes) & Limehouse (L0P 1H0) - Tuesdays & Fridays

To guarantee delivery by the next scheduled delivery day, your order must be received at least two business days in advance.

Any orders over $60 CAD before taxes shipping in Ontario also ship for free. A shipping charge of $6.95 will be added at checkout for non-local orders in Ontario less than $60 CAD.

Any orders over $75 CAD before taxes shipping to all other Canadian provinces/territories (excluding Ontario) also ship for free. A shipping charge of $8.95 will be added at checkout for orders less than $75 CAD.

Canada Post / UPS orders are shipped within two business days. This can change depending on operational needs. 5lb bags may take 2-3 business days to fulfil.

USA and International: We do not currently ship outside of Canada 

Please keep in mind that we are a small-batch roaster. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.
