Join us for a one-off event at The Mexican Way in Acton on Oct 31st for a coffee tasting extravaganza!

We will be pairing our new Mexican coffee with select Mexican treats put together by Julian Cruz and the team.

This is a limited space VIP event, so get your tickets now before they sell out, limit of two per household! There are bags of coffee to take home for everyone who comes in a Halloween costume!

Tickets are $30, we have two time slots, 9:00am-9:50am, and 10:00am-10:50am.

We will be serving three different roasts of our brand new Mexican Single Origin, paired with three different Mexican treats. This Organic, washed coffee, is sourced from the Comon Yaj Noptic cooperative in the highlands of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas in Mexico.

The cooperative of indigenous farmers was formed in 1995, and grow coffee in the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, which contains Mesoamerica's largest continuous cloud forest, and is a refuge for thousands of plant and animal species. They have the advantage of ideal coffee growing conditions, including a high altitude, a lush environment, and high quality coffee varieties like Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra.

This wonderful coffee is Fair Trade and Organic certified, and this particular microlot is specifically from the women members of the cooperative, with a premium being paid directly to them to contribute to gender equity in the region.

Due to the perfect growing conditions and top quality varieties, this coffee has notes of Almond, Cocoa, and Brown Sugar.

Variety: Bourbon/Typica

Region: Chiapas

Altitude: 1,600 MASL

Process: Washed
